In addition, if you decide to sell your house, the Squires Warranty is fully transferable to the new homeowners.

Additional Details

Squires uses a number of different shingles manufactured by many leading companies on the open market. As such, your manufacturer materials warranty may vary from 20 years to 60 years depending upon the style and brand that you choose.

Please note that all manufacturer warranties are pro-rated based upon original cost of the shingle. If a shingle fails or falls apart, the materials warranty may only cover a portion of the materials replacement cost. With the Squires 20 year labor warranty, however, you can rest assured that you won't receive a large bill for the labor required to make the repairs.
